The Obama administration has used a public health measure to say we are in the midst of a pandemic. Anyone who enters our country is a health threat, and therefore we have the right to expel, deport them from our country without introducing them into the asylum process. What exactly those ropes or cor s are is a matter of debate. But what we do know is that the images in the video show very clearly these agents sort of spinning these long cords in a way that was clearly designed to be menacing.
