Is There a Pause in Hostilities?
Sirge racenko is professor of international relations at the john hopkins school of advanced international studies. He says it's very difficult to see how their fundamental positions could be reconciled. Cease fire is not the goal, but russia has run into tremendous difficulties with its war and ukraine. There is a balance there between russian bility to forc zolenski, and kraine's ability to resist Russian aggression. It's not clear at the moment who is prevailing.
