How to Decongest a Stuffy Nasal Congestion

To decongest your nose, all you have to do is hold your breath. The harder you breathe, the more oxygen you bring into your body and the more carbond oxide you get rid of. If you have a stuffy nose, you are two to three times more likely to have moderate, too severe sleep disorder breathing. As astma severity increases, so does obstructive sleep apnea. So it's a vicious circle. I think jessie is well, you know, breathing has had a bad rap over the ears, and it hasn't been taught correctly.
