Democracy wasn't popular from the point of view of Tunisians. Democracy produced corruption and efficiency, it didn't improve the economy. Chyside has promised to push out all that inefficiency and self-dealing. The reality is that kind of populism has worked for Ava Fatahissi in Egypt. It's generally worked for Chyside in Tunisia.
