The most entertaining parts of this hearing by far come when Slayman just decides to, like, balls out defend his jokes. And it's clear he's really frustrated with the way WA-TY and this lawyer, this servo-servo-video guy, from his view, they're just misinterpreting what he's saying. He just thinks they're being dumb and hysterical and obviously dishonest. The judge asked him: Is it okay to refer to a woman in a social media post as a pussy? Yes or not? It depends on context.
