When my iron came up, not only did I not want to chew ice, but chewing ice turned me off. Like it almost sickened me a little bit. So if people are having these symptoms right there, they're, they can't get rested no matter how much they sleep. They're weak. They're dizzy, brain fog, chewing ice. And so anyway, you have to be careful is you have to ask for a full iron panel. What is iron binding capacity? Yeah. There's lots of different values.
