A small cup of deuterium, tritium fuel could power a house for 800 years. Even the most optimistic fusion industry advocate would say that we're at least a decade away from the first prototype fusion power plant. From supply chains to inflation, it seems like the biggest stories right now have to do with the economy and finance.

US inflation slowed for the second month in a row, the US has formally charged former FTX chief executive, Sam Bankman-Fried, with criminal conspiracy and fraud, and US scientists have made a breakthrough in a powerful clean energy technology.
