The Maximal Graded Exercise Test for Athletes

The athletes are doing a maximal graded exercise test. You start them out at a slope of 10 degrees or 10% slope, right? At five k an hour. And they every minute, it increases 2% until you get to a slope of 24%. Then the speed increases until volitional exhaustion,until volitional exhaustion. It's a hard test, right? So you're establishing their maximum.
