Do Atomic Flashcards Really Make Doctors Better?

Doctors are not paid enough they have too many hours to work like it would help I'm sure some sort of collaborative web system would help. If you had a database shared that every doctor has to know that stuff and you put there the updates in form of atomic flashcards it could do wonders but I am  not sure I would feel good doing that because again doctors are very over-burdened.
