Introduction

We can't shape our muscles with specific exercises. Our genetics will mostly determine their shape. That's said, we can tailor our training to improve our weaknesses and to develop a rounded physique. No style of training makes long, n dancer muscles versus bulky, ugly body builder muscles. Whether you do plates, yoga or strength training, the shape of your muscles will come out the same. The only difference will be how quickly they grow. So while muscle shaping is mostly a myth, muscle sculpting better describes what is actually possible.
