Ravi Agrawal: We need to have some radical reforms, or do away with this regulation. Business regulations not working. Regulators have become post boxes. And when the state is supposed to provide the subsidy, many state damons don't have the money to provide subsidy. So where are we headed? I think we need to talk, yo, sit down and talk to the nions,. stop to the opposition, and try at some modl of privatization on an experimental scale to see if it works.
