Alex: You need to be really good at speaking the implementation in about two minutes because when it starts to get more in depth depending on the product you're selling. Alex: There are two types of reps that I see the first type of rep is the one who completely avoids talking about implementation and they just say sorry we don't know let me talk to our implementation managers. The other extreme which is even worse are the ones who promise the world but have no idea how to actually back it up.
