What's Your Advice for Regulators?

The UK has always had a strong footprint in Asia. What would be your advice to either the regulators or what would you encourage government to do in this regard? Two or three things. One is we've got to change the listing rules so that companies can come to the UK even if we've lost some really big companies who decided not to listen to UK because our listing rules are too onerous. The second is we'vegot to have some vehicles that allow people to save into non-traditional listed foots 200 companies. And I think we'll be the first place in the world to go to mass customization. That's something that we want to be a part of.
