I'm sure it's quite individual or to each person have a preference between being mindful flow in flow, you know, fantasizing or ruining. Do you find that is the case is kind of like understanding individuals' baselines and seeing if they are on the right path? Are there different states that they don't experience as often as others? I think initially people always just assume flow is like the best, most desirable thing. And in a lot of ways, I think it is, right, it can be. But often,you know, sometimes people are in flow almost too many and they need to learn to like take that break and kind of reset their their mindset.
