The Origins of Rugby
The first games were played more or less 200 years ago in the 1820s. The game was basically invented as a combination of what we now call soccer and something else with the biggest difference being an oval ball like American football. For a long time that is until the turn of the century all of the games were basically in the north there were not teams that were in the south right so Paris it was Stadt Francais and then there's also running 92 which is another.
