Traveling With a Girlfriend

I would like to go on a couple of trips a year, and preferably with somebody i'm romantic with. My girl friend's lack of desire to travel is not a deal breaker at all. But i do feel like a something i really wish we could share. And travelling with platonic friends is just so boring to me. Do you all have any suggestions for solutions that will help both of us fulfil our needs in this relationship? Thanks.
