I think that we are talking about this in a preventive way of like trying to increase our positive mindset and I think that curing depression and curing anxiety curing panic attacks or lowering the level of them is another way. What happens when you go into the cold water is also that you decrease your inflammation and when you decrease the inflammation and you increase your positive mindset my analysis of this would be that if you are depressed then you will get less depressed and but we need clinical studies to explore this more on on on the pathology because it could be that some which we will also learn this in the future.
