William's daughter is of average intelligence. She does have some developmental delay, but i wouldn't say that's significant. And then she is in a wheel chair. Foltime uses her wheel chair, cannot transfer herself from the wheel chair into bed, or from the wheelchair into a toilet,. and so hers are very much physical disabilities. A frustration for her a lot of times is feeling that her body has failed her.
