The demarcations between commercial and strategic, or commercial military, are not as clear in the chinese contexts as we thought. The inter opterability between the p l a n and these port facilities is growing. How should we think about this? Because it does seem like the trend line is such that there is going to be even greater syncopation between party, state, military, commercial. And ultimately, it's a kind of corporate mentality that i think, to me, helps me understand these relationships best.
