I started working out when I was 22, random, but it worked. Anything you can do, 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity every single day will change your quality of life over time. My life is what it is today because I took an interest in personal finances really early on. Now, again, if you're listening to this in your 55 and your finances are a mess, today is still a good day to change that.
