Zulander, Was He a Cameo In?

Tim robins has a little bit of a rhine gostling thing going on in this movie, where he's like, very neutral. And i think keven cosner would have brought the same energy to this movie. I don't he was up for an oscar and some people say he was robbed by tom hanks, but i think tom hanks deserved tom hanks turned down this roll.
