The Legality of Terrorism
The UN General Assembly, to its credit, has declared an acts of terrorism. This is important because you may have heard a phrase used cynically in the past: 'One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter' If you murder deliberately civilians, it's irrespective of what you're voting for. You do not deliberately kill those civilians. The question is how this caused. Again I remember when my UN experience, often when I used to try and encourage states to condemn terrorism, they're always just to get butt.
