"I had no real gauge for knowing a hundred percent whether someone was like really hitting on me or they were just being friendly," he says. "So over the course of the summer, I had all of these different girls do everything from like talk to me to give me their phone number" He didn't understand how to deal with attention from the opposite sex in such a large group and got inside his own head when it came to hooking up at camp.
