The Difference Between Knowledge and Information

In regard to replicators, my guess is that there that that's not how the implementation works in the mind. There could be a logically equivalent implementation in terms of replicators. I don't think we understand biological evolution well enough either. We and maybe one route towards AGI would be to do biologically the equivalent of biological artificial biological evolution first. It may or may not be a good route.
