This is a company that's very exposed to streaming more stuff, just spending too much on streaming and the risks of that. Under SEC rules, you only have to disclose for purposes of how much you own 5% or more when you own a percentage of the voting stock. If you actually have no votes, you never have to report and that's the situation for Berkshire. We won't know because you can own all of the non-voting stock and never have to say to the SEC that you own it.
