Grapcuel, Team Management, and Graphcell?

A lot of companies roll out grap cuel with three to five people who are experts at it. They want everyone to love it as much as them, so they try to do some sort of internal lunchon learn type thing. But that doesn't bring everybody along to feel comfortable with the shift. So when i talk about team management, really, you're talking about an api that is describing all of your organizations types,. Your users, your products. What are the fields on all of those things, and how can we build this one document? Designing that document well, is kind of hard, and it involves a lot of people.
