Are You Craving for Discontentedness?

The mind is craving, through the eyes, to only see agreeable, pleasant things. When it sees this disagreeable thing, where an animal gets injured and dies, the mind could be craving to see pleasant things. It might be craving for all animals to never experience pain. So there's something in there that i's craving. You can't say a person sees a cat get killed, so they're craving this. But you'll build this skill and this ability to be able to identify your own cravings, identifying your own attachments. This is a skill, just like meditation.
