Head for Change was set up to raise awareness of traumatic brain injuries in rugby. Steve Thompson and Michael Lickman went public with their diagnosis two years ago but there's still a lot more that we need to do, says the former England international. The length of the season in rugby is a 10-11 month season so their brains are permanently inflamed from all the contact they're doing week to week.
