I've Done a Great Job, but I Don't Think It's the Right Move
i always think it's the right thing to let the executive basically describe their own departure. What is the point of getting in front of the whole company and say, i fired them? They worked here three years, ade a great job, and then i kept their ass or whatever? It makes you feel a good, but, like, i don't think it helps anybody in the company.
