The Abandonment of Standards in the United States

In 2004, when you were listing it on the market, what was your Bayesian probability for whether or not the United States housing bubble would burst? Oh, I thought it was close to absolute certainty. I mean, the only question was the timing. And one of the things that I certainly did not anticipate was the total abandon of any sort of lending standards.
