Is There a Strike?

I don't think thi strike would have happened if it had just been people not geting paid enough. One of our proposals, we want to work a max of three 12 hour ships in a row ecause righ n now contract says we can't work more than seven 12 hour shifts in a row. And we obviously that is weigh too much. You actually have to change se soe, something actually has to change about how the workplace works,. otherwise people are just going to stop.
