The Role of Proximity Failure in Coaching Strategies

Michael Zordos: The takeaway that I would have from a practical perspective is these are the overall directional effects of proximity failure in their relationship to adaptations. And this does not say that proximity failure is the most important. It's agnostic to that question. But hopefully this can give us some sort of framework to operate that decision-making process from and the overall directionality of the effects for the different adaptations.
