The bell curve, based on which yoare most coumpries in the world, till g took off, had been stopped using this. If you look at the bell curv the 70% or what people call refer to as a solid citizen, or the backbone of the company. And then you have the outliers on either side, the great performers and those who lake behen. So i think my point of view would be somewhere in between the two extreme opinions you heard.
