The Importance of Teamwork
The first paper you ever published was with my advisor and at that time was the first time we began to talk about team training and team development interventions. My interest in teams and teamwork derived from a class I took in grad school with again my advisor at that time. Yes, it was a military because the proposal that he was writing and what he was talking about in class was all about the military so that's how we connected.
