Louis, a french guy who founded his institutional research company in hong kong because at the time, hongkong and asia in general was very much the up and coming place. And after hearing david rosenberg last week tell me that he's not at all concerned about foreign investiture of us,. i really wanted to get another opinion, because i think it is a major factor.
