"Grown-up book fairs have just sort of popped up in the last year again a creation a couple of my staff who were like this is a thing people are talking about they want to be adults go into a scholastic book fair and having all the fun stuff," she says. "So skis and cassie kind of went out and developed this partnership with a local brewery as well as these this place called sugar witch which makes these crazy delicious ice cream sandwiches" The first one around halloween was so big that it sold out 350 tickets, he says.
