Flexibility on the Climbing Wall

Climbing is a great way to get more flexible. It's just as good as yoga for sure. I think it's fair to say I have like above average flexibility and I've always done like passive stretching, but I didn't really start training my flexibility until the last like maybe five years. So all the gains that I made before that, we're just from being very aggressive about using my flexibility on the climbing wall in a way that he thinks a lot of people aren't.
