Is There a Come Rain, Hail or Shin?

Next one is to rain on someone'sp and i really like this fun because it means it that somebody spoils your plans, or you prevent them from enjoying themselves. The next one doesn't actually have the word rain in it, but it is still related to the rain. So for example, we associate warm, sunny weather with the beach. It could be quite uncomfortable if you get stuck out in the hay. A dry spell literally means a period of time when you don't do something figuratively,. Or an example: I think it was jane gloria recently who said they were having a bit of a dry spell as they were all staying at home together.
