The Long-Term Benefits of Transcendental Meditation
The long-term benefits have been in terms of reduction in the aging process, which is an indication of less stress on the physiology. People who practice transcendental meditation for five years and a year would have 10 years younger age sometimes. And they are even influencing probably our DNA because there is an almost a signature of those who practice TM for a while that actually changed the gene expression very profoundly. The rain patterns seen during transcendental meditation are seen outside of meditation. So what you're doing is you're coming out of meditation with a fuller value of self.
