I think we're going to see a lot more of AI really driving away the campaign interactions because with all the different touch points and guess the data is there, but I don't think humans can act fast enough. And even within marketing automation, it didn't really do work. Estration as much as it just did nurturing with emails. You'll need some engineers to sort of be managing the system. If I have a self-driving platform, I get to really focus on the strategy. Where do I want to go? What am I trying to achieve? The system itself can worry about the details of which lane I'm in and how fast am I going?"
