Neurochemically Is There a Difference Between Lion and Antelope?
The arousal response is generated and neurochemically it's pretty generic. As humans of course you have this forebrain that super imposes meaning on what just happened. The mechanistic work is going to come in the fall at least out of experiments. But I find it interesting that arousal is associated with all these stakes both positive and negative.
