Why Is Depopulation So Common in All These Cultures?

Every time i speak with some one, or a research on my own, that, it's a subject matter expert on the elite and whatever you want to call this, the deep state of the new world order, depopulation always comes up. Why? That almost seems like that's the ultimate goal, or something like that. Well, my the simple explanation is that the spirit that motivates this whole thing is satanic, and satan has a hatred of mankind. And so they are hell bent on racking, wreaking havoc upon mankind. I think that's really the only logical explanation for how you could have a consistent anti-human agenda.
