My Nap Time Short Cut

i am a big, big fan of the power nap and so right? But i i the value in the power nap is not being interrupted. So i have a nap time short cut that start at does a couple of things. It starts my nap timer, which, for me these days is 29 minutes. I've extended it to 29. And all i have to do is say, serie, nap time, preceded by the word hey, and lay down a nap. The only thing it doesn't do,. is it does not unmute the sound on my mack. There will be times where i will join as zum call ten minutes after i woke up from a nap.
