The Importance of Education for Girls
Malala: We need more female leadership around the world. I support education because it creates access for women to so many opportunities that they may not have, especially in patriarchal societies and challenging environments. Think about the girls in Afghanistan right now who do not have access to secondary education. That's the only light that they see. Education is future for them.
