If you have two job openings at that point in time, I would recommend trying to figure out how you can bring in two people from underrepresented groups at the same time. It's just one of those things that easing that burden on that one person and giving them somebody that also they can connect to. We were looking at the history of mathematicians actually and there's, you know, there've been all kinds of mathematicians of different backgrounds. But there was one, this one little blip a while ago where three or four Taiwanese women all wound up having these prolific careers in math because they were together.
