
How 8-Bit sounds became iconic

Introduction
The first computer games were a simulation of chess, tick tat to and table tennis. These sounds were called eight bit, named for the eight bit processes used in early video game systems. Composers and programmers only had that palat to work with. From such simple technology, some of the most iconic, generation defining music and sounds were born.
