Is There a Winter in Intelligence?
The concept of a i is not new, right? The term was coined in the 19 fifties. We've gone through two winters, and so now we're back in what some people call an a i spring, or in a i summer. Why have we not maybe advanced as far as we atwe should ave if it's been around since the 19 f50s? And i think the overarching problem and a big reason for failure, is that we over promise and under deliver on what we can do.
