The Language of Old Testament Sacrifice

Bacham: The keeping language elsewhere in the new testament is fairly prevalent. He says it's to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless. In romans 12 one two, i appeal to you brothers,. by the mercies of god, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice wholly unacceptable to God. Bacham notes t these passages are eschatological in reference. Christians are to be presented before god as sacrificial victims without blemish. Sacrifices had to be blameless. They had to be without blemism.
