Putting English Law at the Frontline of Cryptocurrency?
english law is a very, very important sort of legal element internationally. In commercial transactions tat i think it's something like 80 % of international commercial transactions governed by english law. And that isn't just restricted to parties who are based in england and wales. It is, it is a very popular law of choice for parties across the globe. If we don't keep up with the curve on technological developments and meet commercial party's expect tions, we're in danger of slipping behind and losing our international er pre eminence.
