When our nervous system is activated, when we're dysregulated, I'm sure a lot of you very logically out there might have heard of the power of taking a timeout. Nicole: For those of us that it feels threatening, really watching that tendency to either not disengage or rushing ourselves back into the reconnection process because it feels uncomfortable to be alone.
